What to expect…
My background is in theatre, fine art, and teaching, and you’ll find that my approach is very much influenced by all of these things! As an actress, I am playful. As an artist, I am creative and resourceful. As a teacher, I look to bring out the best in you! As a photographer, I am not looking to represent anything but the most beautiful version of reality. I want you to be comfortable, be playful, and be yourself! Life is daily. It is in the millions of moments that occur everyday, between each other and with our loved ones. If I can help capture even a piece of that beauty, I am happy.
I enjoy shooting a variety of subjects, but child portraiture has the biggest place in my heart. When photographing children, I try to capture a timeless image that portrays the innocence and wonder of that age. My process is organic, because I’ve found you can’t plan too much when working with children! The concepts and ideas behind my photos are very much influenced by the families and personalities I am working with, plus the location where we are shooting.
Before we meet, I will want to know what kind of shoot we are doing, what location you have in mind, and if there is anything in particular you are after. Every photo session is unique and personal to you.
Choosing the perfect location: Outdoors, at home, or in the studio?
We are lucky in Singapore as there are so many gorgeous outdoor spots to choose from for your perfect shoot. We have lush expansive gardens to explore, interesting architecture, urban cityscapes, and sandy coastlines. I am always open to trying out a new location!
Home shoots are my favorite! I love to explore new spaces and places, playing with found light and incorporating personal features that are important to you and your family. Children and babies are often most comfortable here, and it can be a lovely option for more intimate maternity photos.
If you want to opt for a more traditional family portrait shoot, my studio in Tampines is also available. I have several background colors to choose from. Having a clean, classic background is also a striking choice for headshots, modeling shots, and photography where you are looking for more dramatic lighting.
Pricing…
I have several package options to choose from, and they vary greatly depending on the kind of shoot you want.
All of my photo sessions include the following:
~ A pre-shoot phone consultation.
~ A shoot in the location of your choice! This can be outdoors, in your home, or in my studio.
~ On online password protected gallery where you can view the best images from your shoot and choose your favorites.
~ Editing and re-touching of all of your best images.
~ The high and low resolution digital photo files, fully edited and recorded onto a CD-Rom! The high-resolution files are good for printing and are personal use only. The low-resolution files are suitable for uploading to emails and social networking sites. (Thank you in advance for helping to protect my work!)
~ I can also accommodate additional orders for prints, photo books, canvases and the like. Once you receive your edited images, contact me and we can discuss print options. Costs will vary depending on the size of your order.

*If you are scheduling a newborn session, the best time to photograph a newborn is in the first two weeks. (They grow up so fast!) I also offer Maternity + Newborn packages for those mommies who wish to have before and after shots!
